A company is looking for a Specialty Loan Servicing Manager to oversee operations and staff responsible for specialty loan servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the specialty loan servicing department, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Lead, train, and supervise a team, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations

Develop and implement operating plans and processes to enhance operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

7 or more years of leadership experience managing teams and processes

5 or more years of experience in loan servicing or operations, focusing on specialized commercial loan structures

Proven track record in managing and implementing specialty loan servicing processes

Hands-on experience with loan management systems, preferably with system implementations or migrations
