Assurant Renters Solutions is seeking a bilingual, Licensed Insurance Specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not your typical call center roleour Insurance Specialists are empowered problem-solvers who thrive on helping customers navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle 70100 inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy.
• Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency.
• Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

This is a full-time position. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. We are hiring for a Mid-Closing shift!

Pay Range : $16.95 - $27.12

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
