About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost to serve as its Chief Academic Officer. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to academic excellence and shared governance. The Provost will also be tasked with overseeing faculty and academic staff appointments, performance assessments, and scholarship and community service initiatives. A strong background in fostering partnerships and community engagement, particularly in support of transfer students, is essential. The role requires a leader who can inspire and support a diverse academic community, and who is dedicated to the mission of the university in providing outstanding educational opportunities and contributing to the region's educational, economic, and cultural environment.
