Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures for manufactured products.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances defects and customer complaints driving effective solutions.
• Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced product quality and efficiency.
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO) and internal quality management systems.
• Analyze quality data using statistical tools to identify trends measure performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and oversee product inspection and testing plans ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
