Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative supports the client experience by assisting customers during event activations, answering questions, providing product or service information, and ensuring each visitor has a positive interaction with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers during live events, promotions, and in-person brand activations.
Provide accurate information about client products, services, and promotional offerings.
Assist customers with registration, sign-ups, product samples, or event activities.
Support event staff with setup, materials organization, and customer-flow coordination.
Collect customer feedback and report insights to management after each activation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event environment.
Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and representation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different event scenarios.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.
