About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and driven Civil Site Design Engineer to lead and support the development of large-scale industrial and residential site design projects across Milwaukee and surrounding areas. This role blends technical expertise with creative problem-solving to shape the future of urban and industrial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive site plans for industrial facilities, residential communities, and mixed-use developments
• Conduct site analysis, grading, drainage, and utility layout using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure project success
• Perform feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed developments
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 / hr.
