This is a delivery-focused recruiting role supporting high-priority client engagements across professional and executive search. You will manage the candidate lifecycle end-to-end while working closely with client-facing partners.
Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned searches (intake to close)
Source evaluate and manage candidates across defined verticals
Drive structured interview calibration and feedback loops with hiring teams
Prepare candidates for interviews and manage offer / acceptance stages
Maintain precision in documentation and pipeline management
Ideal Profile
25 years recruiting within IT environment
Strong candidate management communication and prioritization skills
Proven success delivering in a client-driven search environment
