As an Enrollment Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding students towards their educational goals. Join a team committed to innovation and positively influencing learners' lives. Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring enrollment team meets / exceeds all assigned revenue and enrollment objectives.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the designated enrollment process, including measurement, tracking, reporting, and mentoring.
• Identifying improvements in the enrollment process to improve efficiency and provide better services to generate incremental revenue.
• Hiring, mentoring, and leading all aspects of a team of Enrollment Representatives.
• Getting results in a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Completing staff assessments and performance reviews.
• Generating student enrollment by advising prospective students on how the school can meet their educational and career needs.
• Ensuring the highest quality student experience from an individual's first contact with the school through their initial enrollment.
• Working collaboratively with other department leaders to develop effective and efficient processes across ed2go departments.
• Developing and managing relationships with vendors outside of Cengage where necessary.

What We Offer. At Cengage, we are committed to delivering a comprehensive and fulfilling Total Rewards package crafted to support and empower our employees. We are proud to provide a competitive compensation package that encompasses a significant incentive compensation program alongside the base pay range. The entire base pay range for this position is $67,000.00 - $107,200.00 USD. Individual base pay will vary depending on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.

Compensation. At Cengage Group, we take great pride in our commitment to providing a comprehensive and rewarding Total Rewards package designed to support and empower our employees. The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $67,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD.
