Collaborate with team members and interact professionally with all staff Ensure tools are accessible, organized, and in good working order Service and repair trucks and heavy equipment—including fueling, lubricating, greasing, and replacing filters Troubleshoot and perform general repairs on a variety of machines Monitor workflow and adapt to changing priorities as needed Education : High school diploma or equivalent required Experience : 1-2 years’ experience in a similar industry preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow Tools : Ownership of basic hand tools and a toolbox to get the job done Excellent communication skills—a must for working efficiently and positively with others Organizational skills to keep your area and tasks on track Basic mechanical knowledge and a keen willingness to learn more Ability to operate and move various types of equipment (we’ll train you as you grow with us!) Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility. Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height. Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50lbs as needed. Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions. Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments. Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely. Reasonable accommodations provided as necessary to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
