Customer Service Representative Marsh Electronics
Marsh is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role blends communication, organization, and problem-solving to manage order tracking and reporting tasks effectively.
What You'll Do :
- Act as the primary contact for customer needs, concerns, and updates
- Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Use Microsoft Excel to create, manage, and analyze reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Identify and help resolve service issues
- Support team members and help maintain operational standards
What We're Looking For :
