Trillium is seeking a Health & Safety Manager in Lemont!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join our expanding team of driven, skilled, and committed professionals. The Health & Safety Manager will play a key role in driving a strong, proactive safety culture, overseeing daily operations, and conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Occupational Safety and Health and take pride in building safe, efficient, and motivated teams. We’re looking for a leader who thrives in the field, enjoys mentoring others, and brings passion to every project they touch.

Responsibilities :

Schedule is 1st Shift, Monday to Friday. Pay is $108,000 base salary with bonus potential up to $140,000 annually.
