SUMMARY : Position requires an excellent eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. This job function requires the individual to work with little or no supervision. Accuracy is foremost with all transactions, and products are to be packaged to arrive at final designation undamaged. This a full time position Monday- Friday with OT required as needed. Open to flexible work schedule.
FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receives completed job from rewind and ships to appropriate customer listed on the order.
- Works from Jobs Due Report for all departments to understand and plan shipments for a given day.
- Works closely with all personnel to facilitate the shipment of all jobs due.
- Pulls finished goods inventory releases and prepares for shipping.
- Reconcile at end of each day the Jobs Due Report
- Responsive - timely & appropriately to all company personnel, customers and vendors
- Project positive and professional behavior / attitude
- Utility Person will work where needed, doing various task working with hands, throughout facility.
- Additional tasks / duties / special projects may be assigned, as necessary
