A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Technical Analyst

This position serves as the first line of support for users needing IT assistance, completing or escalating requests as necessary. Responsibilities include addressing help desk tickets for hardware and software issues, managing user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365, and supporting SSO and MFA. The role also oversees IT onboarding tasks such as laptop deployment, equipment ordering, and basic technical training for new hires. Additional duties include asset management, device imaging, system and network administration, and assisting with IT projects and infrastructure improvements as assigned.
