ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Insurance Account Representative for Steve Thibeaux-State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work in a team environment.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Insurance License required for this position.
