Position Overview : We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Software Development Manager to lead our Mobile Development Team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing mobile software development projects, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across our mobile platforms. The Software Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile applications. Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of mobile software developers across multiple projects and platforms.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of mobile application solutions aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with Product, UI / UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and agile methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements :

7+ years of experience in mobile software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

Strong understanding of mobile engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns.

Proficiency in mobile development frameworks and languages (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter).

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into mobile applications.

Familiarity with mobile CI / CD pipelines and app store deployment processes.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
