After 5 years, after becoming fully licensed through Northwestern Mutual, as a Financial Advisor / Comprehensive Financial Planner, you can expect to make :

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships however you feel would be best
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Requirements

    Previous experience in the industry is NOT required - in fact, we will support you through your licensing endeavors, financially and with training ! Northwestern Mutual is known for its extensive training process to ensure your success, and the clients well-being.

  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Majority of your success comes from your ability to reach out to your natural market, so owning your brand and business with urgency is important.
  • Create relationships from a cold start. Reaching out to potential clients should not be a burden for you, it should excite you!
  • Prior Sales Experience, Military experience, or Collegiate Athletic experience is a BONUS as the most successful advisors have come with a background of one or a few. However, it is NOT necessary!
