The ideal candidate will have an extensive background as a senior finance leader, specifically within the construction sector or private equity-owned companies. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the finance and accounting teams to guarantee accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Implementing effective cash flow forecasting to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborating with management and private equity investors on various financial matters.
• Managing banking, audit, and compliance relationships for optimal financial health.
• Supporting M&A activities, growth investments, and value-creation projects typical in a private equity setting.

The successful candidate will possess a public accounting background, an active CPA license, and a proven ability to drive process improvements, implement systems, and enforce financial discipline in a fast-paced environment.
