As Lead Integrated Commerce Business Planning & Performance you will p lay an integral role defining and activating our strategy across all elements of the integrated commerce landscape. Your primary focus in this role will be establishing our operating model and business p lann ing engine for all off-platform commerce and affiliate partner initiatives. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Target to implement these routines ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each step of the way . You will be a strategic thought leader possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities and have a deep understanding of marketing media and commerce across the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Stand up and maintain the Integrated Commerce teams internal operating rhythms including regular cadence of financial planning and reporting routines tied to key cross-functional partner milestones and deliverables (e.g. Marketing Finance Product Tech)
Facilitate inputs and outputs into enterprise-wide business planning processes (e.g. quarterly / annual OKRs long-range planning etc.)
Bring historical performance and industry insights to pre-season and in-season planning to support channel leads in strategy development and goal / OKR setting
Support thought leadership efforts to educate the broader organization on off-platform commerce creators and traditional affiliates as a growth driver for Target
Support team efforts to build a culture that exemplifies the core Target values of connection inclusivity and drive
Establish relationships with and partner closely with cross-functional peers across Target within Marketing Merchandising Digital and Roundel on strategy development and activation
Support Integrated Commerce leaders in developing and executing against long-term strategy and goals
Maintain an understanding of the broader digital ecommerce industry inclusive of evolving shopping behaviors competitors and market segments to support strategy development
Support key elements of the Integrated Commerce team operating processes specifically business planning and OKR routines
About You
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
6 years of experience in Strateg ic Planning Corporate Finance Management Consulting Performance Marketing or equivalent experience in an organization
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with fluency in performance KPIs revenue modeling and data visualization
Comfortable navigating ambiguity demonstrating a bias for action to drive business results
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Track record of continuous improvement leveraging experiences and setbacks to drive professional growth
Excellent written and oral communication skills
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as Flex for Your Day) work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member worksfull-time from home oran alternatelocation thats not a Target location does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
