Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as required. Assist store personnel and visitors by providing information and guidance as needed. Participate in emergency response activities according to site protocols, including assisting with evacuations and / or medical incidents. Document all incidents and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service.
