The Expertise You Have
- Degree or equivalent experience in Technology field / Business with strong IT focus
- 7+ years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment
- Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams
- Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations
- Superb communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
- Passionate about your craft with an ability to optimally collaborate and interact with global teams – assist with clarifying customer requirements and quality check on products
- Coordinate project planning and testing
- Provide prompt and proactive status updates on assigned activities
- Knowledge of Scaled agile, Agile development methodologies and Agile deployment
- Ability to gather requirements and create stories and epics for delivery teams
- Is driven and persistent. Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change.
