Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of nursing care, respond to changes in medical conditions, medications. Assess / monitor and treat medical conditions. Participate in admission of new residents Support DOHS in completion of assessments and evaluation of residents health and safety. Current nursing license valid in state worked Ability to speak, read and comprehend English language Good Communication and teamwork skills We greet you warmly, by name and with a smile. The Avalon of Lewis Center is recruiting skilled, compassionate, detailed-oriented LPNs to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality-of-Life Specialists / Resident Assistants.
Shifts needed are 7p-11p
- Join us for open interviews every Wednesday 9a-12p and every Saturday and Sunday 9a-12p!!
