Job Description : Assistant Director
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Globe Life General Agency Division is seeking an experienced insurance professional to grow sales through total producers, Globe Life & Accident and American Life & Health Group using our existing agent base and expanding it.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Increase total quarterly producers nationally.
- Increase total Globe Life & Accident sales.
- Increase new recruits for American Life & Health Group(company owned agency).
- Increase total production from the mid-level agencies not including the Top 5.
- Contact and build relationships with our appointed independent general agents.
- Educate agents on our total product portfolio.
- Utilize our production tracking system to monitor sales and motivate Agents / Agencies.
- Partner with other departments on the sales and recruiting team to grow sales in assigned markets.
- Creation, fulfillment, and execution of training webinars and live seminars.
Required Skills
Ability to travel.Excellent follow up and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently.Basic computer, CRM, Auto dialer, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.Advanced Excel skills.Good presentation skills.Required Knowledge & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.Insurance or sales experience.Medicare experience / knowledge.Location : 3700 S. Stonebridge Dr., McKinney, Texas
