Job Summary :

  • We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise Agile projects.
  • This role requires close collaboration with product owners to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile best practices.
  • A strong background in Agile project delivery, team management, and stakeholder engagement is essential.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver multiple Agile projects simultaneously, removing blockers to maintain delivery velocity.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define product roadmaps and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Prioritize and groom product backlogs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Ensure testing and quality assurance benchmarks are met throughout the SDLC.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve delivery processes.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Agile project management experience.
  • Must possess an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.Proven experience delivering Agile projects using methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience in managing product backlogs and writing / refining user stories.
  • Experience in managing full Agile project lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
  • Certified PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent (required).
  • Familiarity or experience with SAP / HANA 4 and / or OneStream is a strong plus.
