We are looking for an experience, energetic, kid / family-centric stylists and barbers to join our team! Sharkeys Cuts for Kids in Shoreline is a brand new salon for kids ages 0-14. Were on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family!

As a Sharkeys Stylist / Barber, you are :

• A skilled and seasoned stylist. Preferred : have have also worked in a kids hair salon or have extensive experience with kids cuts.
• Absolutely love working with kids and their families!
• Comfortable and even thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, salon setting.
• Provide exceptional client experience that ensures we are each family's go-to hair salon. You are able to provide fast and clean cuts without sacrificing at on the full experience for our kids!
• A good listener and communicate clearly with families to deliver the highest level of service.
• Able to educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
• Always ensuring and maintaining high level of cleanliness at the salon.
• A team player. We are a family and a team at Sharkey's Shoreline : we cut hair together, support every kid that walks in the door together, clean the salon together, and provide overall support to one another.

License Requirements :

Washington cosmetology license (required).
