Key Responsibilities : Contact courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform data entry tasks with accuracy Communicate relevant updates from courts to process servers and customers, collaborating with team members to improve processes Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required Legal experience preferred 1+ years of customer support or service-oriented experience preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
