Principal Strategy & Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Strategy & Operations (S&O) team works closely with NetApps top executives. This role is focused on On-prem Enterprise Storage Business Unit and ensures that the group is focusing on the right priorities and executing well on top goals. The team is playing an active role in NetApps Core Storage related strategic decisions in defining and driving greater operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of execution.

As an S&BO leader you will join a highly entrepreneurial and talented team from top management consulting firms and professionals in Enterprise IT. We focus on Strategic planning Defining and driving execution towards the key priorities Exec reviews Rhythm of business Resource management Operational excellence and ensuring the success of critical cross-company initiatives. You will play a role in defining market opportunity and driving multiple cross-functional programs managing the relationship with several top executives across the company. This position provides unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the avenue to unique Strategy & Business Operational and Product Management roles at NetApp.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic projects and initiatives

• Taking up complex ambiguous business problems in a tech product environment and design effective solutions by data collection analysis and developing deep insight.
• You will also communicate the recommendations to executives help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of recommendations.
• Building strategic and analytical narratives synthesized recommendations and communicating them through artifacts like high quality presentation and documentation
• Role will work with Product Management Engineering Program management and XFN teams to drive strategic initiatives and operationalize recommendations.

MBA required and a bachelors degree in STEM Courses preferred.

Compensation :

The target salary range for this position is 175100 - 260700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package.
