• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
• Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize software tools to enhance data management efficiency.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to assist the team.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with database management systems is advantageous.
