Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

Technical Responsibilities :

• Perform all phases of an audit, including planning and risk identification, internal control review and testing, substantive audit procedures, engagement wrap up, and financial statement preparation / review
• Perform other attest services including compilations and reviews
• Research and conclude on various accounting and audit issues in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
• Generate ideas for accounting process improvements and best practices for our clients
• Opportunities for fellowships in other service groups, for example, management consulting, transaction due diligence, and forensic accounting

Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to : responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is : $82,000.00 - $115,000.00
