Staff Nurse - Inpatient Behavioral Health
- Completes an initial treatment plan including basic and special needs
- Treats and cares for patients demonstrating understanding pf cognitive, emotional and chronological status
- Anticipates and provides for discharge needs
- Charts patient's progress in conjunction with the specific treatment plan
- Utilizes available resource including family, referral source, prior treatment sources, and current multidisciplinary treatment team
- Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for the therapeutic milieu
- Validates the appropriateness of written orders
- Implements physician and nursing orders as appropriate involving patient, family and significant others
- Competent group facilitation and 1 : 1 interactions
