ICU RN Job Details

Location : Fort Mill, SC 29715 (South Carolina healthcare jobs)

Healthcare Setting : ICU and CCU

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse contract

Start Date : December 1, 2025

End Date : March 1, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Float Requirement : Float to other units as needed within skillset

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,620 - $1,740

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Strong clinical skills in critical care and excellent communication abilities

Ability to adapt and float to other hospital units as needed

ICU RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and CCU

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support as needed

Educate patients and families on care plans and progress

Float to other units within your skillset as required

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
