Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support event operations in Richmond, Virginia. Responsibilities :
Prepare and manage the registration table to ensure efficient check-in for attendees.
Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging materials and equipment.
Distribute surveys to attendees and collect completed forms for analysis.
Perform clerical and administrative duties, such as document management and data entry.
Follow provided guidelines and manuals to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Support event logistics, including coordinating schedules and addressing attendee inquiries.
Maintain an environment that is attentive to detail and welcoming throughout the event.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all event-related needs are fulfilled.
Participate in the event when appropriate and assist with post-event wrap-up activities.
Requirements :
Proven experience in administrative or event coordination roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions.
Proficiency in basic clerical tasks such as data entry and document handling.
Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
Customer service skills to interact professionally with attendees.
