AI Implementation Engineer

About your role :

You will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experiences. Youll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to leverage AI in development lifecycles ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and supporting operational excellence through DevOps practices. Your expertise will help us lead innovate inspire and engage as we strive to be the best fintech on the planet.

What youll do :

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI / ML opportunities and design scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled applications frameworks and modern development practices.
• Implement test and optimize AI models integrating them into enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage solutions across cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) ensuring performance scalability and security.
• Contribute to DevOps pipelines for continuous integration delivery and monitoring of AI-powered systems.
• Apply AI tools and frameworks to accelerate the development lifecycle and improve software quality.
• Work with CCaaS solutions to enhance customer interaction platforms through AI-driven automation and analytics.
• Document implementation steps technical workflows and provide knowledge transfer to teams.
