What You'll Do :
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for receiving materials, stock and organize inventory, prepare and ship orders, count and reconcile inventory through the inventory management system, operate material handling equipment, and all other warehouse related tasks. In addition, this position will be responsible for transporting materials and finished goods in a Class B Box Truck daily.
Perform safe operation of material handling equipment for the purpose of receiving, sorting, counting, tagging, picking, locating, relocating, and delivering materials with accuracy, including warehouse supplies and materials.Match Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and fill out master receiving and shipping logs.Assist in the reconciliation of inventory.Perform proper inspection, tagging, and identification of all incoming material during receipt.Maintain and update records for inventory movement, follow departmental procedures and manage and perform cycle counts.Process / Fulfill company requests and e-commerce orders, including monitoring inventory levels.Ship Parcel Shipments; UPS, FEDEX, USPSFill out all necessary forms and logsPrepare materials for useProcess and prepare dock sales and coordinate fulfillmentDelivery of Taproom and self-distribution order fulfillment driving company truckDevelop necessary inventory related reports when needed.Conduct searches to locate products within the system and adjust records when there are discrepancies. Take steps to correct and prevent discrepancies and make recommendations for process improvements.Follow all safety regulations and relay safety concerns to the warehouse supervisor / manager5S warehouse areasPrepare cellar, packaging and juicing material for staging locations in alignment with the production schedule.Keep warehouse areas clean, contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.Continue his / her education as needed to fill gaps in technical knowledge.Additional duties may be added for company success.Facilitate forklift training and certification for employeesWhat You'll Need :
Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) : or 5 years related experience and / or training : or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience : Requires knowledge of and experience with inventory management procedures, order fulfillment process, and general warehousing terminology and practices. Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems required.License or Certification : Prior forklift certification (Will be re-certified at Boochcraft.). C urrent Class B Driver's License is required.Computer Skills : Proficient with MS Office Suite : (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience : Worked previously in a food manufacturing environment.License or Certification : Food handlers’ certificationComputer Skills : Proficient with EKOS, Shopify programsSTANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE :

Travel : Daily transfer of product between brewery and Taproom locations.
Work Environment : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. The noise level in the work environment is loud. Must have the ability to work in cold boxes for long periods of time in refrigerated temperatures. Shorter periods at 0F. The lighting in the work environment may be dim. Long periods of operating a forklift.
Physical Requirements : Candidates must be able to perform physical activities which include but are not limited to lifting, bending over, kneeling, twisting, climbing on ladders, stooping, crouching, and routinely lifting up to 60 lbs. assisted. A candidate may be required to stand for various hours at a time.
This position pays between $22.00 and $24.50 per hour.
