Aqua Terra Aeris Law Group (“ATA”) is a public interest law firm, dedicated to protection of the environment and public health. We maintain a wide variety of cases in state and federal court, representing plaintiffs fighting for endangered species, clean water, clean air, safe products, environmental justice, climate, and civil rights. ATA seeks to hire a paralegal ready to immediately provide support to our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will likely have 2-5 years of law firm experience, including handling electronic filings in federal, California civil and appellate courts, procedural research, calendaring, organizing and preparing exhibits for deposition and trial, drafting judicial council and federal court forms, preparation of table of authorities, case management, communicating with vendors for service of process and deposition coverage, preparation of monthly invoices, coordinate travel arrangements, and clerical support as needed. The position requires excellent time management skills, research and writing skills, ability to multitask and balance high volumes of work while working closely with others in a fast-paced setting.

This is a hybrid work setting with approximately half-time remote work permitted, and 2-3 days per week in our Oakland office
