Job Description : Company Profile :

We re a rapidly growing logistics company built on integrity and hard work, and we re looking for a motivated Account Manager to manage high-volume accounts, bring in new business, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You ll Do :

Manage and grow a portfolio of logistics accounts across the PNW region.

Proactively secure new business through prospecting, relationship building, and networking.

Deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.

Take full ownership of your assigned book of business and revenue growth.

Partner with sales and operations teams to expand both new and existing accounts.

Dispatch company drivers, broker freight, and build our carrier network.

Create customer quotes, marketing materials, and support pricing strategies.

Requirements :

Logistics or transportation experience especially in freight brokerage, dispatching, or account management.

Strong sales drive with proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and results-oriented.

Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
