Receptionist Position
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests, supporting day-to-day administrative functions, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities include :
- Greeting visitors, clients, and employees with a warm demeanor
- Answering, screening, and routing incoming phone calls
- Managing front-desk email inbox and responding to general inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby and reception area
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, and preparing materials
- Handling incoming / outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Providing administrative support including data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation
- Supporting HR or office management tasks as needed
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Upholding security procedures by monitoring visitor check-ins and issuing badges
