Instrumentation Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join their team. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting manufacturing and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Instrumentation Technician

Location : Portage, MI

Shift : Second Shift 3 : 30 pm - 11 pm - Monday - Friday

Pay Range : $28 / hr-$30 / hr

What's the Job?

Oversee maintenance and reliability engineering tasks, including the redesign, upkeep, and repair of utility systems, buildings, and equipment.

Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.

Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.

Identify and solve moderately routine problems, ensuring work is reviewed for accuracy and quality.

Participate in multi-craft work activities, assist with plant audits, and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and protocols.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in computer usage

Solid understanding of basic technical or functional disciplines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
