    • Work Schedule Details :

  • Self-scheduled shifts.
  • Night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.
  • 0.9 FTE with 12-hour shifts.
  • Commitment to 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
  • Participation in 2 holidays (1 in summer and 1 in winter).

    • Incentives :

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver patient-centered care across Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units.
  • Adapt quickly to varying workflows while upholding clinical excellence.
  • Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient experience and safety.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience preferred.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and working across multiple units.

    • Training & Skills Development :

  • ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound training provided.
  • Cross-training for Charge Nurse roles available.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in state of practice.
  • BLS certification from AHA.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
