Vice President of Philanthropy

The Vice President of Philanthropy serves as a strategic, high-impact leader for the Kean University Foundation, driving the vision and execution of major and principal gift fundraising. Reporting to the President & CEO, this executive will shape bold strategies to secure gifts of $25,000+, including transformative commitments of $1 million and above. Leading an experienced team across major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, and prospect development, the VP will cultivate a powerful donor pipeline and inspire philanthropic investment at the highest levels. Partnering closely with university leadership, faculty, and Trustees, this leader will champion Keans mission, elevate its visibility, and unlock resources that accelerate growth and opportunity for students and programs.
