As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Production Technician to join our passionate and dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Technician, you’ll work closely with engineers, cross-functional teams, and customers to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll be hands-on in both production and support environments performing duties such as assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Scanreco’s advanced control systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build product subassemblies and final assemblies
  • Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and efficiency
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Assist with customer technical support and troubleshooting
  • Perform repairs and testing on returned / after-sales products
  • Support engineers in developing and testing new products and prototypes
  • Conduct functional and quality testing on products and components
  • Troubleshoot product, device, and equipment issues

Who You Are

You’re a detail-oriented technician with a passion for electronics and problem-solving. You thrive in a collaborative environment, but can also work independently to get things done.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Technical or vocational education in electronics or a related field
  • Experience with electro-mechanical assembly and DC circuits
  • Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing
  • Familiarity with radio remote controls, electro-hydraulic systems, and CAN-Bus network testing
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player with a solution-focused mindset
