General Summary :

We are seeking B2B sales talent to join the CentraCom sales team. Responsibilities include; acquiring new accounts through traditional sales tactics including cold calling, networking, trade shows, social media, etc. In this position, you can expect a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential, along with full benefits, 401k match, mileage reimbursement, paid time off,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience. Telecommunications experience is a plus.

  • A proven track record of outside sales experience is preferred.

Computer literate and familiar with CRM software.

Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers.

Detail-oriented with good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Stay apprised of industry trends, emerging technologies, & competition.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelors Degree or equivalent in training and experience.
  • Licensures : Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Relevant Work Experience : 1-3 years of business sales experience selling to medium to large customers. Telecommunications experience is a plus.
