As we expand our operations and workforce across North America, we're seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Talent Officer (CTO) to lead all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and organizational culture. This role will drive DMR's people strategybuilding scalable systems, cultivating leadership, and ensuring that our team remains aligned, motivated, and ready for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with DMR's mission, growth objectives, and culture.
- Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, and workforce planning.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract top-tier engineering, operations, and leadership talent.
- Partner with executive leadership to define organizational structure, succession planning, and headcount priorities.
- Oversee performance management systems that emphasize accountability, impact, and professional growth.
- Design compensation, rewards, and incentive structures that align with company goals and industry standards.
- Create and maintain policies that promote equity, compliance, and engagement across all teams.
- Champion leadership development, career pathing, and training programs that empower employees at every level.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations on workforce budgeting and resource allocation.
- Support culture-building initiatives, including internal communications, recognition programs, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior or executive-level role.Proven success in scaling HR operations for a high-growth or technology-driven organization.Strong understanding of employment law, workforce planning, and compensation strategy.Experience designing performance frameworks, succession plans, and leadership development programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable talent strategies.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or technology industries.Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, and talent management systems (e.g., Gusto, ADP, Rippling, BambooHR).Knowledge of government contracting and workforce development programs.Background in multi-site, multi-state workforce expansion.SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification.Ideal Candidate Profile
