Where you will work : This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Bloomington, IL; Naperville, IL; Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Sun Prairie, WI office locations and open to any Compeer location.

The contributions you will make : This position supports the Asset Liability and Capital Management functions at Compeer by analyzing financial data, optimizing funding and product offerings, monitoring interest rate risk (IRR) and capital position, developing and executing capital management strategies, and supporting the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO). Delivers strategic insights and provides thorough analysis related to financial markets.

Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

Base Pay $73,700—$124,500 USD
