All Boro Inc., a leading restoration, remediation, and construction company, is seeking a Sales Representative to expand our market presence and grow new business across the Five Boroughs and Long Island. This is a hybrid role ideal for a motivated closer who thrives on building relationships and delivering real solutions to clients in both commercial and residential sectors.
As a key member of our Sales & Client Relations team, youll promote our brand, generate qualified leads, and develop a strong referral network with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and close deals for restoration and construction services.
Promote our services to Housing Authorities, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters / Agents, Plumbers, Home Inspectors, and other industry contacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Attend industry networking events and join relevant associations to expand your reach.
Represent All Boro at trade shows, promotional events, and in face-to-face client meetings.
Maintain accurate customer data and sales forecasting in our CRM system.
Assist in developing sales strategies and presentation materials to win business.
Stay up-to-date on All Boros services and trends in the restoration / construction industry.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and job fulfillment.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a sales / estimator role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
Knowledge of Xactimate is required.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Luxor, Dash, or similar tools is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Self-starter with strong communication and networking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and internet applications.
Industry knowledge or a willingness to learntraining is provided.
