SAP Delivery Lead, (Onsite)

Role : - SAP Delivery Lead Location : Reno, NV (Onsite) Type : Contract Job Description : SAP Lead resource for ADM Portfolio (SAP Delivery Lead) 12+years of overall SAP Application delivery management experience. 6+ years of SAP S / 4 Application Management Services (AMS) experience and Must be able to prioritize day to day AMS activities within the team and ensure SLAs are being met. Must have knowledge about ServiceNow applications (SNOW) and reporting from SNOW for weekly / monthly reporting. SAP functional consultant or Lead role experience is desirable. Fluent communication and client interaction skills. Client relationship management experience is a must. Able to identify and implement continuous service improvement initiatives like automation, quality improvement, etc.
