Front End Loader Operator

Currently seeking a loader / operator to join our state of the are recycling plant in St. Louis. This is a full time, permanent position in an established company! Operating heavy equipment and a front-end loader.

Front End Loader Operator Duties / Responsibilities :

• Safely operate and drive an industrial-grade front end loader.
• Work safely and wear require PPE.
• Adjust control attachment such as buckets and swing booms
• Inspect tank dooms and fitting and ensure proper PPE is on before loading / unloading.
• Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity, unload trucks operating forklift load mills using front-end loaders.
• Compliant with all plant regulations and safety meetings
• Complete intensive on-the-job training in HAZMAT and acquire certification for appropriate handling of hazardous materials.
• Handle glass material with front end loader. Moving materials around plant.

This position is safety-focused with an emphasis on quality. The ideal candidate will be a team-player that is comfortable in a hands-on role at the facility. Operating the Front End Loader is the primary focus of the position, however hands-on labor and physical demands are a core duty of the position.

This position requires a minimum of 6 months - 1 year+ of experience operating heavy equipment (front end loader, excavator, bobcat, bulldozer, etc.).
