Join a well-established primary care group in Chandler / Gilbert AZ seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients in a collaborative supportive environment.

Position Details :

Schedule : MondayFriday 8 AM 5 PM

Setting : Outpatient only

Patient Volume : Average of 612 patients per day

Patient Mix : 2025% pediatrics

Support : Dedicated MA PA and case management provider

Call : Light rotationabout 1 in 68 weeks
