About The Position

Location :  Bay City, MI & Saginaw Township, MI

Position Type :  Full-Time | Permanent | Outpatient

A well-established, physician-led health system in  Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay Region  is seeking  Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine (preferred)  or  Family Medicine  physicians to join a thriving and collegial medical group. Position Highlights :

Internal Medicine preferred  | Family Medicine also welcome (2025 start dates available)

Openings due to planned physician retirements

Outpatient-only practice supported by a robust hospitalist program

Monday–Friday schedule | No weekends or holidays

Shared call (phone only) with primary care colleagues

Multiple locations with patient-centered medical home (PCMH) recognition; some CPC+ sites

Physician-led culture and collaborative work environment

New graduates welcome — experienced colleagues on-site

H1B visa support available (J1 not accepted)

Ideal Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible  (within 5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Michigan medical license  (or willingness to obtain)
