About the Job :

As an Executive Sales Assistant / Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior sales leaders and managing key client relationships. Youll be at the heart of the action engaging directly with top brands, supporting creative program development, managing projects from concept to completion, and helping ensure flawless execution of print and marketing campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary support partner to senior sales executives, assisting with sales activities, client communications, and program management.
  • Manage day-to-day account operations, including project coordination, job tracking, and status updates for multiple accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative teams, project managers, and production specialists to ensure client objectives are met with precision and excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships built on proactive communication and impeccable service.
  • Coordinate and track print production, direct mail campaigns, and multi-channel marketing programs from initial concept through delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations to help grow account relationships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and support business growth objectives.
  • Problem-solve and pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment, ensuring the highest standards of service and project execution.
  • Help drive client satisfaction by delivering on-time, on-budget, and on-brand solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Education & Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management, or project management within the printing, direct mail, marketing services, or creative industries preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes, direct mail campaigns, and / or marketing programs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating outstanding client experiences.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
