Join Our Events Team

Looking for a fun and adventurous job? Do you like to travel to new places and see new faces? If so, you've come to the right place! The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Events Team Member supports and leads off-site events. You will create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests at our off-site events. You will be the first point of contact to engage, educate and encourage our guests who may or may not have tasted our awesome cakes before. You will be the NbC "Joy Ambassador", creating a memorable experience while leaving a positive, lasting impression.

Event Staff Responsibilities

  • Unloading cakes and setting up venues for events.
  • Operating cash registers.
  • Working under the instructions of the Manager.
  • Ensuring the event is clean and organized.
  • Adhering to event safety standards.
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
  • Assuming the role of welcoming guests.
  • Dispensing useful information to eventgoers.
  • Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it daily.
  • Packing up equipment when the event is completed.

Event Staff Requirements

  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Physical stamina and high energy levels.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under stress.
  • Excellent multitasking ability.
  • Conflict management skill.
  • Must have current and clean Washington State Driver's License

    • Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

    • Work Availability

    Must have weekend availability.

    Compensation : $16.66 - $17.50 per hour
